Kheema Ghotala






Kheema Ghotala is a Parsi Breakfast Dish. It's a most popular in Mumbai and also available in Parsi Irani Cafe. This Dish is Breakfast for Parsi but mostly people not eating meat in morning. It's a classical Time Dish and lunch with fresh Pav.

Need for Dish





  1. Ready Kheema
  2. Oil
  3. Mixed Masala
  4. Eggs
  5. Butter
  6. Onion
  7. Tomato
  8. Salt
  9. Coriander spring
  10. Pav



First Start a stove and put a Pan and step by step mixing following items



  1. In a Pan heat 3 spoons oil
  2. 3 Spoons Mixed Masala
  3. 200gm Minced Meat and stir well

Put a Bowl on Stove
  1. In a bowl break 6 Eggs whisk
  2. Add 100gm Butter in a bowl
  3. Add a one chopped Onion
  4. Add a one chopped Tomato
  5. Salt to Taste
  6. Coriander Spring



Add beaten eggs  in a Ready Mixed Masala Meat's Pan and Ready your Dish


For Pav
  1. 3 Pav
  2. Heat Pav in a Pan
  3. Add Oil Per Requirement
