Follow Six Step :-
1) First make Emulation(PVA) and Sensitisation mixing. 30 Drops in 20ml Emulation and both mixed.
2) Now take a Screen and Stick the Chromaline Film to the Mesh with Sensitised Emulsion mixed.
3) Dry the Screen well by Dryer and remove the backing Transparent Sheet.
4) Expose the Screen to Lamp, Tube light or Sunlight.
5) Now Washout the Screen with Water.
6) Dry the Screen well by Dryer before Printing.
